ADVOCACY
The Affiliate monitors legislative agendas and bill introductions so that it can advocate for legislation and regulation that is favorable to midwifery practice. The Affiliate provides letters of support and expert testimony in favor (or when needed, in opposition) of legislation that affects the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
